To attach the Kubota LR3796 Rake, align the rake's hitch with the tractor's three-point hitch. Secure the top link and side stabilizers, and ensure all locking pins are in place before operation.
Regularly inspect the tines for wear and damage, lubricate moving parts every 50 hours of operation, and check all bolts and nuts for tightness. Clean the rake after use to prevent rust.
Check for bent or missing tines, ensure the rake is level with the ground, and adjust the tractor's hitch settings to maintain an even raking surface.
Always wear protective gear, ensure all guards are in place, keep bystanders at a safe distance, and never exceed the recommended speed while operating the rake.
Adjust the tine angle to match the conditions, maintain proper PTO speed, and ensure the rake is correctly aligned and balanced with the tractor's hitch.
Stop the operation immediately, inspect for loose or damaged parts, check for debris caught in the rake, and ensure all lubrication points are properly greased.
Remove the broken tine by unscrewing the mounting bolts, replace with a new tine ensuring it is securely fastened, and check alignment with adjacent tines.
Look for bent or broken tines, worn hitch components, and excessive play in moving parts. Regular inspection is key to identifying wear early.
Service the rake after every 100 hours of operation or at the end of the season, whichever comes first, focusing on lubrication and inspection of critical components.
While it can be used on damp ground, it's not recommended to operate the rake on excessively wet surfaces as it may lead to clumping and uneven raking.
