To perform a factory reset, turn off the Pa60, then hold down the "INTRO 1" button while turning it back on. Follow the prompts on the screen to complete the reset process.
Check the power cable connection and ensure it is properly plugged into both the keyboard and a working power outlet. If it still doesn't turn on, try using a different power cable or contact KORG support.
Visit the KORG website to download the latest OS update for the Pa60. Follow the provided instructions, which typically involve transferring the update file to a floppy disk and loading it into the keyboard.
Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap to gently clean the keys. Avoid using excessive water or harsh chemicals. Dry the keys with a clean, dry cloth after cleaning.
Use a standard 1/4 inch audio cable to connect the L/Mono or R output of the Pa60 to the input on your external amplifier. Adjust the amplifier settings as needed for optimal sound.
Ensure the master volume is turned up and that there are no headphones plugged into the headphone jack. Check if the keyboard is set to Local Control On, which can be found in the Global settings.
Press the "Disk" button, select "Save", and choose the type of data you want to save. Follow the prompts to save your settings to a floppy disk or internal memory.
Check the brightness and contrast settings by adjusting them using the corresponding knobs or menu options. If the issue persists, it may require technical support or repair.
Press the "Split" button to activate the split mode. Use the "Split Point" function found in the Global settings to choose the note where the keyboard will be divided.
Download the desired styles onto a floppy disk. Insert the disk into the Pa60, press the "Disk" button, and select "Load". Follow the on-screen instructions to load the new styles into the keyboard.
