To change the blade, first unplug the saw. Use the wrench provided to loosen the arbor nut, then remove the old blade. Install the new blade, ensuring the teeth face in the correct direction, and tighten the arbor nut securely.
To align the fence, unlock it and slide it close to the blade without touching. Use a square to ensure it is perfectly parallel to the blade, then lock it in place. Adjustments can be made using the alignment screws.
Disconnect the power and remove the dust bag or container. Use a brush or compressed air to clean the dust chute and other components. Reattach the dust collection system securely.
Check the power supply and ensure the saw is plugged in properly. Inspect the power cord for damage. Ensure that the safety switch is engaged. If the problem persists, consult the manual or a professional technician.
Unlock the bevel adjustment lever, tilt the saw head to the desired angle using the scale, and then lock the lever to secure the angle. Use a protractor for precise angle measurement.
Regularly clean the saw, check blade sharpness, inspect the power cord, and lubricate moving parts. Additionally, ensure all nuts and bolts are tightened and the alignment is correct.
Ensure the blade is sharp and properly aligned. Use the laser guide if available, and mark your material clearly. Securely clamp the material to prevent movement during cutting.
For hardwood, use a high-tooth-count carbide-tipped blade to ensure clean and smooth cuts. Ensure the blade is compatible with the saw's specifications.
Unlock the miter adjustment, set it to 0 degrees, and use a square to check alignment with the blade. Adjust the miter scale if necessary and lock the miter adjustment securely.
Check the alignment of the blade and fence. Ensure the material is clamped securely and the blade is sharp. Recalibrate the saw if the issue persists.
