Routinely check and clean the air filter, inspect the blades and belts for wear, change the oil and oil filter, and ensure all nuts and bolts are tight. Refer to the user manual for detailed maintenance schedules.
Check if the mower deck is level, inspect the blades for damage or dullness, and ensure tire pressure is equal on all sides. Adjust the deck and replace blades if necessary.
Ensure the mower is in neutral and the parking brake is engaged. Check the battery connections, fuel level, and inspect the spark plug for wear or damage. Replace if needed.

Use SAE 10W-30 oil for regular operating conditions. For extreme conditions, refer to the user manual for alternative recommendations.
Locate the air filter cover, typically on the side of the engine. Remove the cover, take out the old filter, and replace it with a new one. Ensure the cover is securely fastened after replacement.
Inspect the blades for damage or imbalance, ensure the mower deck is clean and free of debris, and check that all components are securely fastened.
Clean the mower thoroughly, change the oil, and remove the battery. Store the mower in a dry, sheltered area and cover it to protect against dust and moisture.
