To attach the trailer, align the hitch of the trailer with the tractor's drawbar, insert the hitch pin, and secure it with a locking clip. Ensure the connection is firm before operating.
Perform a visual inspection before each use, checking for any loose bolts or wear. Grease wheel bearings and check tire pressure monthly. Annually, inspect the frame and clean all moving parts.
First, check for any obstructions in the hydraulic system. Ensure that hydraulic fluid levels are adequate. Inspect for any leaks or damaged hoses, and test the control lever for functionality.
Always operate on stable and level ground to prevent tipping. Do not exceed the load capacity, and ensure that the load is evenly distributed. Wear appropriate safety gear and avoid standing near the trailer while dumping.
Empty all contents and rinse the interior with water. Use a mild detergent for stubborn dirt, and a soft brush to avoid scratching the surface. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry before storage.
Check for debris lodged in the wheel area. Inspect the wheel bearings for wear and apply grease if necessary. Tighten any loose bolts on the wheel assembly.
The trailer is designed for use on moderate terrain. Exercise caution on uneven areas, maintaining a slow speed to prevent tipping and ensure that the load is secure.
Clean the trailer thoroughly and store it in a dry, sheltered area to prevent rust and weather damage. Remove any attachments and cover the trailer to protect it from dust and debris.
Check for any obstructions or misalignments in the hitch area. Adjust the height of the tractor’s drawbar or the trailer’s hitch to achieve proper alignment. Ensure both are on level ground.
Check the tire pressure before each use to ensure optimal performance and safety. Inflate the tires according to the manufacturer's specifications if necessary.
