To start the Husqvarna 6751P Lawn Mower, first ensure the fuel tank is filled and the oil level is adequate. Prime the engine by pressing the primer bulb three times. Pull the starter handle slowly until you feel resistance, then pull quickly to start the engine.
Use unleaded gasoline with a minimum 87 octane rating. Do not use gasoline containing more than 10% ethanol, as this can damage the engine.
Change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 25 hours of operation or at the beginning of each mowing season.
If the mower won't start, check the fuel level, ensure the spark plug is connected properly, and make sure the air filter is clean. Additionally, ensure the mower is not in a flooded state by removing the spark plug and pulling the starter rope several times to clear excess fuel.
Turn off the engine and disconnect the spark plug wire. Tilt the mower to the side and use a hose to wash away grass clippings and debris. Scrape off any remaining dirt with a brush or scraper.
Excessive vibration may be caused by a loose or damaged blade. Stop the engine, disconnect the spark plug, and inspect the blade for damage. Tighten any loose bolts or replace the blade if needed.
Ensure the blade is sharp and balanced. Mow when the grass is dry and adjust the cutting height to avoid cutting more than one-third of the grass blade at a time.
Check the air filter before each use. Clean it by tapping gently to remove debris or replace it if it appears damaged or excessively dirty. A clean air filter ensures optimal engine performance.
Clean the mower thoroughly, drain the fuel or add a fuel stabilizer, and change the oil. Store the mower in a dry, cool place and cover it to protect from dust and moisture.
Check the drive cable for tension and adjust if necessary. Inspect the drive belt for wear and replace if needed. Ensure the wheels are free of debris that might hinder their movement.
