To start the Husqvarna 525RJX Brushcutter, ensure the stop switch is in the "ON" position, press the primer bulb until fuel is visible, set the choke, pull the starter handle until the engine fires, then return the choke to the run position and pull again to start.
Use unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 89, mixed with high-quality 2-stroke engine oil at a 50:1 ratio.
Check and clean the air filter after every 25 hours of operation or more frequently in dusty conditions to ensure optimal performance.
Excessive vibration may be caused by imbalanced cutting attachments, loose parts, or damaged components. Check the attachment, tighten any loose parts, and replace damaged elements.
Ensure the cutting attachment is sharp and properly installed. Check for any obstructions or tangled vegetation around the head. If necessary, adjust the carburetor settings or clean the fuel system.
Inspect the spark plug every 25 hours of use. Clean any deposits with a wire brush and check the gap using a feeler gauge. Replace the spark plug if it's damaged or excessively worn.
Clean the brushcutter thoroughly, empty the fuel tank, and run the engine until it stops. Store it in a dry, cool place, preferably in a storage case, to protect it from dust and moisture.
To replace the trimmer line, remove the trimmer head cover, take out the spool, and wind new line following the direction indicated on the spool. Reassemble the head and ensure it's securely attached.
Before each use, check the fuel level, inspect the cutting attachment for damage, ensure the handles and guards are secure, and verify that all safety features are operational.
The anti-vibration system reduces the strain on the user's hands and arms by minimizing vibrations from the engine and cutting attachment, providing a more comfortable and safer operation experience.
