The recommended fuel mixture for the Husqvarna 345 FXT is a 50:1 ratio of unleaded gasoline to two-stroke oil.
To replace the trimmer head, first turn off the engine and disconnect the spark plug wire. Use a wrench to remove the bolt securing the trimmer head, then replace it with a new one, ensuring it is tightly secured.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced blade or damaged trimmer head. Check for damage and ensure all components are securely fastened.
To winterize the brushcutter, empty the fuel tank, clean the air filter, and check for any damage or wear. Store the unit in a dry, cool location.
Sharpen the blade every 25 hours of use or when you notice a decrease in cutting efficiency. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines for sharpening.
To start a cold engine, set the choke to the closed position, pull the starter rope until the engine fires, then open the choke and pull again until the engine starts.
Check the fuel level, ensure the spark plug is functioning, and verify that the air filter is clean. Inspect the fuel line for clogs or damage.
The air filter should be checked before each use. Clean it with warm, soapy water and let it dry completely before reinserting. Replace if damaged.
Wear appropriate protective gear, maintain a firm grip on the handles, and keep bystanders at a safe distance. Follow all safety instructions in the manual.
Loss of power can be due to a clogged air filter, dirty spark plug, or incorrect fuel mixture. Check these components and make necessary adjustments or replacements.
