To lubricate the belt, first unplug the treadmill. Lift the belt slightly and apply a silicone-based lubricant along the edges. Run the treadmill at a slow speed for a few minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant.
If the belt slips, check the tension by turning the adjustment screws at the rear of the treadmill. Turn each screw clockwise to tighten the belt, ensuring both sides are adjusted equally.
To recalibrate the speed, enter the setup mode by holding down the 'Start' and 'Speed +' buttons. Follow the on-screen prompts to adjust the speed calibration.
Regular maintenance includes lubricating the belt every 150 miles, checking the belt tension monthly, and cleaning the treadmill surface after each use to prevent dust buildup.
An E1 error indicates a communication error between the console and motor. Check all wiring connections, ensure they are secure, and reset the treadmill by unplugging and plugging it back in.
Use a soft cloth dampened with water or a mild detergent solution to wipe down the console and handles. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or soaking the surfaces.
Ensure the treadmill is on a flat surface and powered on. Check for any obstructions that might be preventing movement. If the problem persists, consult the user manual for recalibration instructions.
First, check if the safety key is still in place. If it is, inspect the power cord and outlet. If no issues are found, reset the treadmill by unplugging it and plugging it back in after a few minutes.
The treadmill belt should be replaced approximately every 3 to 5 years, depending on usage. Inspect the belt regularly for wear and tear, and replace it if you notice any fraying or uneven surfaces.
A squeaking noise is often due to insufficient lubrication. Apply a silicone-based lubricant to the belt and check for any loose bolts or components that might need tightening.
