To adjust the resistance levels, turn the resistance knob located on the frame of the cycle. Turn clockwise to increase resistance and counterclockwise to decrease it.
Check if the pedals are securely fastened. If they are loose, tighten the pedal arms with a wrench. Also, lubricate the pedal threads and bearings if necessary.
Regularly inspect the belt for signs of wear and tear. Clean the belt with a dry cloth and ensure it is properly aligned. If the belt shows significant wear, consider replacing it.
Store the indoor cycle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Cover it with a protective sheet to prevent dust accumulation.
To calibrate the console, refer to the user manual for detailed instructions. Typically, you need to enter the console settings mode and follow the on-screen prompts to complete calibration.
Ensure the power supply is connected and the batteries are fresh if applicable. Check all connections to the console and replace any faulty cables.
Loosen the seat adjustment knob, set your desired height, and tighten the knob securely. The seat should be at hip height when standing next to the bike for optimal comfort.
Wipe down the frame and handlebar with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid using harsh chemicals, and ensure the bike is dry to prevent rusting.
Check that the stabilizer bars are leveled and the adjustment knobs are securely tightened. You can also place the cycle on a firm, even surface to enhance stability.
Inspect the flywheel for obstructions and ensure it is clean. Check the tension of the drive belt and adjust it if necessary to ensure smooth operation.
