To lubricate the belt, first unplug the treadmill. Lift the belt slightly and apply silicone lubricant along the edges. Run the treadmill at a low speed for a few minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant.
If the belt slips, first check the tension. Use the adjustment screws located at the back of the treadmill to tighten the belt slightly. Ensure it is centered and test by walking on the treadmill.
To reset the console, press the 'Stop' button, remove the safety key, and then unplug the treadmill for 30 seconds. Reinsert the key and power it back on.
Regular maintenance includes checking and tightening bolts, cleaning the deck and belt, vacuuming under the motor hood, and lubricating the belt every three months.
An E1 error code usually indicates a communication problem between the console and motor. Check the wiring connections, ensure the safety key is in place, and restart the treadmill.
Ensure the treadmill is plugged in, the power switch is on, and the safety key is inserted. Check for any tripped circuit breakers or blown fuses.
To adjust the incline, use the incline buttons on the console. Press the up or down arrow to achieve the desired incline level.
Turn off and unplug the treadmill. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the console, handrails, and belt. Avoid using harsh chemicals and ensure all parts are dry before use.
To replace the belt, first unplug the treadmill. Remove the motor cover and loosen the tension bolts. Slide off the old belt and align the new belt onto the deck. Tighten the bolts and adjust the tension as needed.
Fold the treadmill deck up and lock it in place. Ensure it's stored in a dry area away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Cover it to protect from dust.
