Honda TRX680FA FourTrax Rincon 2016 Manual

Honda recommends using SAE 10W-30 or 10W-40 motorcycle oil that meets the requirements of the manufacturer's specifications for the TRX680FA FourTrax Rincon 2016.
It is recommended to change the oil every 100 hours of operation or annually, whichever comes first. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific maintenance schedules.
The recommended tire pressure is 4.4 psi for the front tires and 3.6 psi for the rear tires. Always check the pressure when the tires are cold.
Check the battery connections and ensure they are clean and tight. Verify that the fuel is fresh and that the fuel valve is open. Inspect the spark plug for wear or fouling.
Regular maintenance includes checking and changing the oil, inspecting the brakes, maintaining proper tire pressure, cleaning the air filter, and inspecting the drive chain and sprockets.
The suspension can be adjusted by changing the spring preload on the front and rear shocks. Use the preload adjuster to set the sag according to your riding preference and load.
Check the transmission fluid level and ensure it is at the proper level. Inspect the linkage for any signs of wear or damage, and make sure the shift lever is operating smoothly.
Remove the air filter cover, take out the filter, and wash it in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and let dry. Apply air filter oil before reinstalling it.
Use a high-quality ethylene glycol antifreeze that is specifically designed for aluminum engines and mixed with distilled water in a 50/50 ratio.
Maintain regular tune-ups, ensure the tires are properly inflated, and avoid carrying unnecessary weight. Smooth and moderate riding can also enhance fuel efficiency.
