Honda TRX520FM6 4X4 Foreman Rubicon 2021 Manual

Honda recommends using SAE 10W-30 or 10W-40, API classification SJ or later oil. Ensure it is a 4-stroke motorcycle oil for optimal performance.
It is recommended to change the oil every 100 hours of operation or at least once a year, whichever comes first.
The recommended tire pressure is 5 psi (34 kPa) for the front tires and 5 psi (34 kPa) for the rear tires. Always check the tire pressure when the tires are cold.
First, check the battery connections and charge. Ensure the fuel valve is open and there's fresh fuel in the tank. If the engine still doesn't start, inspect the spark plug for damage or fouling.
Regularly check the battery terminals for corrosion and clean them as needed. Ensure the battery is fully charged before long periods of storage, and consider using a battery tender.
Check the transmission oil level and top up if necessary. If the problem persists, inspect the shift linkage for damage or misalignment. Lubricating the linkage can also help.
To adjust the brakes, locate the adjustment nuts on the brake cables. Turn them clockwise to tighten or counterclockwise to loosen, ensuring the brakes engage when needed but do not drag.
Remove the air filter and gently clean it with a mild detergent and water. Rinse thoroughly and let it dry completely before applying a light coat of air filter oil and reinstalling it.
Before storing, clean the ATV thoroughly, change the oil, and fill the gas tank with a fuel stabilizer. Disconnect the battery and store it in a cool, dry place. Cover the ATV to protect it from dust and moisture.
Regular maintenance includes changing the oil every 100 hours, checking the air filter every 50 hours, and inspecting the brakes and tires every ride. Refer to the owner's manual for a detailed maintenance schedule.
