Honda PCX150 2019 Operation Guide

To check the oil level, ensure the scooter is on a level surface and the engine is off. Locate the dipstick on the right side of the engine. Unscrew it, wipe it clean, reinsert without screwing it in, and then remove it to check the oil level.
The Honda PCX150 2019 requires unleaded gasoline with a pump octane number of 86 or higher.
The air filter should be inspected every 4,000 miles and replaced if necessary. Under severe conditions, it may need to be replaced more frequently.
The recommended tire pressure is 29 psi for the front tire and 33 psi for the rear tire when riding solo. Adjust the pressure according to the load and riding conditions.
To improve fuel efficiency, maintain proper tire pressure, perform regular maintenance, avoid rapid acceleration and braking, and limit idling time.
First, check the kill switch and ensure it's in the 'run' position. Confirm that the fuel valve is open, and the battery is charged. If the scooter still doesn't start, inspect the spark plug and fuel supply.
To adjust the headlight, locate the adjustment screws near the headlight assembly. Use a screwdriver to tilt the headlight up or down, and left or right, to achieve the desired beam alignment.
Regular maintenance includes oil changes every 4,000 miles, air filter inspection every 4,000 miles, and valve clearance checks every 8,000 miles. Always refer to the owner's manual for detailed schedules.
If the exhaust is noisy, check for any loose connections or damage in the exhaust system. Tighten bolts and replace any damaged components. If the issue persists, consult a professional mechanic.
If the scooter overheats, check the coolant level and ensure the radiator is not blocked. Allow the engine to cool, and if the problem continues, inspect the cooling system for leaks or damage.
