It is recommended to change the oil every 4,000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first, to ensure optimal engine performance and longevity.
The Honda Monkey 125 requires unleaded gasoline with a pump octane number of 86 or higher.
To adjust the chain tension, loosen the axle nut, adjust the chain adjusters equally on both sides to achieve proper tension, then retighten the axle nut.
The recommended tire pressure for the front tire is 29 psi and for the rear tire is 29 psi when riding solo.
Check the battery voltage, inspect the spark plug, ensure the fuel level is adequate, and check the kill switch position. If issues persist, consult a professional mechanic.
