Honda recommends using 10W-30 or 10W-40 motorcycle oil that meets JASO T 903 standard for optimal performance.
It's best to change the oil every 600 miles or every six months, whichever comes first, to ensure the engine runs smoothly.
The recommended tire pressure is 15 psi for the front tire and 15 psi for the rear tire.
Remove the seat and air filter cover, then take out the air filter. Clean it with a mild detergent and water, let it dry completely, and apply air filter oil before reinstalling.
Use an NGK CR6HSA spark plug for optimal performance. Ensure it is gapped to 0.6 - 0.7 mm.
Loosen the axle nut and adjust the chain adjusters evenly on both sides until the chain has about 1 inch of slack. Tighten the axle nut securely after adjustment.
Check the fuel level, ensure the kill switch is in the 'run' position, inspect the spark plug, and verify that the battery is charged.
Inspect the brakes every 1,000 miles or every six months for wear and proper operation. Replace brake pads if worn beyond limits.
The fuel tank capacity is approximately 1.1 gallons (4.2 liters).
Regular maintenance such as timely oil changes, air filter cleaning, and proper chain tension can improve performance. Consider upgrading the exhaust system or re-jetting the carburetor for additional enhancements.
