It is recommended to change the oil every 600 miles or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific guidance.
Use SAE 10W-30 oil that meets the JASO T 903 MA standard for optimal performance in your CRF110F.
To adjust the chain tension, loosen the rear axle nut and adjust the chain adjusters until you achieve the desired tension. Ensure the chain has about 1 inch of slack at the midpoint.
Check the fuel supply, ensure the kill switch is set to 'Run', inspect the spark plug for fouling, and verify that the battery is charged.
Remove the air filter cover, take out the filter, and clean it with a non-flammable solvent. Let it dry completely before applying a light coat of air filter oil and reinstalling.
The recommended tire pressure for the CRF110F is 14 psi for the front tire and 14 psi for the rear tire.
To replace the spark plug, remove the spark plug cap, use a spark plug wrench to remove the old plug, and install a new NGK CR6HSA plug by hand-tightening and then giving it an additional 1/2 turn with a wrench.
If the brakes feel spongy, check the brake fluid level and bleed the brakes to remove any air bubbles in the system.
To winterize your CRF110F, clean it thoroughly, change the oil, drain the fuel or add a fuel stabilizer, disconnect the battery, and store it in a dry, covered location.
Consider upgrading the fork springs and shock for better performance, especially if you frequently ride in rough terrain. Adjusting the preload and rebound settings can also enhance the ride quality.
