The recommended tire pressure for the Harley-Davidson SuperLow 2016 is 30 psi for the front tire and 36 psi for the rear tire.
It is recommended to change the oil every 5,000 miles or at least once a year, whichever comes first.
Harley-Davidson recommends using SAE 20W-50 motorcycle oil for the SuperLow 2016, especially in warmer climates.
To store your motorcycle in winter, clean it thoroughly, fill the fuel tank, add a stabilizer, inflate the tires to the recommended pressure, disconnect the battery, and cover it with a breathable motorcycle cover.
To adjust the rear suspension, use the preload adjuster spanner wrench to increase or decrease the preload setting based on your weight and riding preference. Ensure both sides are adjusted equally.
Check the battery charge and connections, ensure the fuel valve is open, inspect the fuses, and verify the kill switch is in the run position. If issues persist, consult a professional mechanic.
Regularly check brake fluid levels, inspect brake pads for wear, and ensure the brake lines are in good condition without leaks or cracks. Replace components as needed.
To replace the air filter, remove the air cleaner cover, take out the old filter, install the new filter in its place, and reattach the cover securely.
Ensure the engine oil level is adequate, check for coolant leaks (if applicable), and verify the cooling fins are clean and unobstructed. If the problem persists, consult a professional mechanic.
Use a multimeter to measure the voltage across the battery terminals. A fully charged battery should read approximately 12.6 volts or higher. If the voltage is low, recharge or replace the battery as necessary.
