To start the Haier QHM15, load your laundry, add detergent, select the desired wash cycle using the control panel, and press the 'Start/Pause' button.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Also, ensure that the drain pump filter is clean. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Locate the lint filter, usually at the bottom front of the machine. Open the cover, remove the filter, and rinse it under running water. Replace it securely before the next wash.
Regularly clean the detergent dispenser, check the hoses for wear and tear, clean the drum with a washing machine cleaner, and inspect the lint filter.
Ensure the machine is level and not overloaded. Check that the transit bolts have been removed if the machine is new. Adjust the load and redistribute the laundry evenly.
To reset the machine, unplug it from the power outlet, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in. This can sometimes resolve minor glitches.
Use high-efficiency (HE) detergents for optimal performance. Avoid using too much detergent to prevent residue buildup and ensure effective rinsing.
Leave the door open after each wash to allow the drum to dry. Regularly clean the detergent drawer and gasket to prevent mold buildup.
Error code "E2" typically indicates a drainage issue. Check the drain hose and pump filter for blockages. Refer to the user manual for more troubleshooting steps.
Select the desired wash cycle and use the temperature button to choose between hot, warm, or cold water settings. Ensure the water supply is connected properly.
