To unlock the hob, press and hold the lock button for a few seconds until the indicator light turns off. This will disable the lock function and allow you to use the hob.
Make sure the hob is properly connected to the power supply. Check the circuit breaker and ensure the child lock is not activated. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Use a soft cloth or sponge with warm soapy water to clean the surface. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or sharp objects that could scratch the glass. For stubborn stains, a specialized glass-ceramic cleaner can be used.
The clicking noise is normal during the operation of the hob as it indicates the activation of the heating elements. However, if the noise is excessive or unusual, it may require inspection by a qualified technician.
To activate the Boost function, select the desired cooking zone and press the Boost button. The indicator will light up, and the selected zone will heat at maximum power for a short period.
Regularly clean the hob surface after each use to prevent buildup of food residues. Inspect the hob for any signs of damage or wear. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for maintenance checks.
The hob is suitable for flat-bottomed cookware made of materials such as stainless steel, cast iron, and certain aluminum pans with a ferrous base. Avoid using glass, ceramic, or copper cookware as they may not work efficiently.
To reset the hob, disconnect it from the power supply for a few minutes, then reconnect it. This should reset the settings to default. If issues persist, refer to the user manual.
In case of a power failure, all settings will be lost. Once power is restored, you will need to reset the cooking zones and settings. Monitor the food carefully to ensure it is cooked properly.
Always lift cookware instead of sliding it across the surface. Use cookware with smooth, flat bases, and ensure the surface is clean before use. Avoid using abrasive cleaning tools.
