To unlock the control panel, press and hold the lock button for a few seconds until the lock indicator turns off.
Ensure that the hob is connected to a power source and the cookware is suitable for induction cooking. If the problem persists, consult the manual or contact customer support.
Use a soft cloth and a mild detergent to clean the surface. Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the glass surface.
The 'E2' error code indicates an overheating issue. Allow the hob to cool down and check for any obstructions. If the error persists, contact customer support.
Only use cookware that is suitable for induction cooking, such as those made of ferrous metals. Non-magnetic materials like aluminum or copper may not work.
To activate the child lock, press and hold the lock button until the lock indicator lights up, preventing any accidental operation.
Regularly clean the hob, ensure it is not overloaded with heavy cookware, and use appropriate cookware to maintain its efficiency.
A buzzing noise can occur when the hob interacts with certain types of cookware. This is normal, but if it's too loud, try using different cookware.
To reset the hob, turn off the power supply for a few minutes and then reconnect it. This may help clear minor electronic glitches.
Ensure the control panel is clean and dry. If the issue continues, try resetting the hob. If unresolved, contact customer service for assistance.
