First, ensure the battery is properly inserted into the charger. Check the power outlet and try a different one if necessary. If the battery still doesn't charge, it may need replacement.
To reset the camera to factory settings, navigate to the setup menu, find the "Reset" option, and confirm the reset. This will restore default settings but won't delete your photos.
Use a microfiber cloth or a lens cleaning solution specifically designed for camera lenses. Gently wipe the lens in a circular motion to remove any smudges or dust.
This typically indicates a problem with the memory card. Try reformatting the card using the camera's format option in the setup menu. If the error persists, the card may be damaged.
Ensure the battery door and card slot are securely closed to maintain the camera's waterproof seal. Select the underwater scene mode for optimal settings.
To extend battery life, reduce the camera's LCD screen brightness, turn off Wi-Fi when not in use, and use the camera's power-saving mode.
