To clean the Frigidaire FFIC3026TB cooktop, use a soft cloth or sponge with warm, soapy water. Avoid using abrasive materials or cleaners. Dry the surface thoroughly to prevent streaks.
If the cooktop does not turn on, first ensure that it is properly connected to a power source. Check the circuit breaker to ensure it hasn't tripped. If problems persist, contact a professional technician.
To lock the controls, press and hold the lock key for a few seconds until the lock indicator light turns on. This will prevent any changes to the settings until it is unlocked.
For stubborn stains, use a ceramic cooktop cleaner and a non-abrasive pad. Apply the cleaner and gently scrub the area until the stain is removed. Rinse with water and dry thoroughly.
To check if your cookware is suitable for induction cooking, place a magnet at the bottom of the cookware. If it sticks, the cookware is compatible with the induction cooktop.
If the cooktop surface is cracked, discontinue use immediately and contact Frigidaire customer service or a certified technician for repair or replacement.
To boost the power level, activate the Power Boost feature by selecting the desired burner and pressing the Power Boost button. This will temporarily increase the burner's power for faster heating.
To recalibrate the temperature settings, refer to the user manual for specific instructions, as the process may involve accessing the settings menu and adjusting the calibration settings.
After a power outage, reset the cooktop by turning off the circuit breaker for a few minutes, then turning it back on. This should restore normal operation.
To maintain the cooktop, clean it regularly, check for any visible damages, and ensure that the ventilation openings are not blocked. Periodically inspect the power cord and connections for safety.
