To turn on the Flir Extech VB450 Meter, press and hold the power button until the display lights up.
Ensure the meter is properly connected to the measurement source and check the battery level. If necessary, replace the battery or ensure proper connections.
To calibrate the meter, follow the calibration procedure detailed in the user manual, which involves using a known reference source and adjusting the meter settings accordingly.
