Press the power button located on the front of the device until the display screen lights up.
To calibrate, follow the manufacturer's instructions in the user manual, ensuring the device is in a stable environment and you have the appropriate calibration equipment.
The battery level icon is visible on the display when the meter is turned on. Replace the batteries if the icon indicates low power.
Ensure the sensor and device are clean and properly calibrated. If issues persist, refer to the troubleshooting section in the user manual or contact customer support.
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or immersing the device in water. Clean the sensor area gently to maintain accuracy.
The meter is designed for a specific range of temperatures. Refer to the user manual for operating conditions and avoid using it in environments outside of these limits.
Open the battery compartment located at the back of the meter, remove old batteries, and replace them with new ones, ensuring correct polarity.
Turn on the meter, select the moisture measurement mode, and place the sensor on the surface to be tested. Read the moisture level from the display.
The MO290-HP does not have built-in storage. Record readings manually or use external data logging tools if available.
Regularly check and clean the sensor, ensure the device is stored in a dry place, and replace batteries as needed to ensure optimal performance.
