To clean the filter, remove it from the top of the machine by lifting it out. Rinse it under cold water until the water runs clear. Let it dry for at least 24 hours before reinserting.
Loss of suction can be caused by a blocked filter, full bin, or obstructions in the wand or cleaner head. Check and clean these components to restore suction.
To maximize battery life, avoid using max power mode frequently, charge the vacuum after use, and store it at room temperature.
Ensure the battery is charged, check for blockages, and ensure all parts are securely attached. If the problem persists, contact Dyson support.
Empty the bin when debris reaches the MAX marker. Regularly emptying the bin ensures optimal performance.
The filter can be washed, but other parts should only be wiped with a dry or damp cloth. Do not submerge any parts in water except the filter.
Store the Dyson V7 in a cool, dry place. Use the wall-mounted docking station for convenient storage and charging.
Turn off the machine and remove the wand and cleaner head. Check and remove any blockages in these parts before reassembling.
A pulsing sound usually indicates a blockage or full bin. Check for blockages and empty the bin to resolve the issue.
Remove the cleaner head and use a coin to unlock and remove the brush bar. Clear debris and hair before reinserting it.
