Perform a visual inspection, check hydraulic fluid levels, inspect electrical connections, and ensure all moving parts are lubricated.
Check the power supply and ensure the emergency stop is disengaged. Inspect the control switches and hydraulic fluid levels.
It is recommended to change the hydraulic fluid every 12 months or after 1500 operational cycles.
Dhollandia recommends using ISO VG 32 hydraulic oil for optimal performance.

Locate the manual pump handle in the control box, and use it to operate the lift manually in case of electrical failure.
