Check if the door is properly closed. Also, ensure the machine is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Verify the water supply is turned on.
To clean the filter, locate it at the bottom of the machine, turn it counterclockwise, remove any debris, and rinse it under running water before reinstalling.
Regularly clean the drum, door seal, and detergent dispenser. Check hoses for leaks and replace them every five years. Also, ensure the machine is level to prevent excessive vibration.
Ensure the machine is level and all transit bolts are removed. Check for foreign objects in the drum and ensure that the load is balanced.
Refer to the user manual for a description of each cycle. Choose based on fabric type and soil level. Use the control panel to select the desired cycle.
Check the drain hose for kinks or blockages. Ensure the drain pump filter is clean. Verify that the drain hose height is between 30 and 90 cm (12 to 36 inches) from the ground.
Leave the door open after each cycle to allow the drum to dry. Regularly clean the drum and door seal. Use a washing machine cleaner monthly to remove residue.
Inspect hoses for cracks or loose connections. Check the door seal for damage and ensure it is clean. Verify that the detergent drawer is not overfilled.
Unplug the machine from the power outlet, wait for about one minute, and then plug it back in. This can help reset the machine's electronics.
