Ensure that large items do not block the spray arms and place dishes with the soiled surface facing the water jets. Avoid overcrowding to allow water and detergent to reach all surfaces. Use the adjustable racks for tall items.
Check if the dishwasher is properly plugged in and that the door is fully closed and latched. Ensure that the water supply is turned on and that the circuit breaker hasn’t tripped.
Clean the filter every month to maintain optimal performance. Rinse it under running water and use a soft brush to remove any stubborn debris.
Ensure that you are using the correct amount of detergent and that the water temperature is at least 120°F (49°C). Check that the spray arms are not blocked and the filter is clean.
Clean the filter and check for food debris in the bottom of the dishwasher. Run a cleaning cycle with dishwasher cleaner or vinegar to remove any buildup.
Inspect the door seal for damage and ensure it is clean. Check the water inlet and drain hoses for leaks or blockages and ensure the dishwasher is level.
Press the "Start/Reset" button for 3 seconds to reset the dishwasher. If this does not work, unplug the unit for a few minutes and then plug it back in.
Regularly clean the filter, spray arms, and door seals. Use dishwasher cleaner once a month and ensure that the water supply is clean and free from mineral deposits.
Use the Heavy cycle for heavily soiled dishes and pots. This cycle uses higher temperatures and longer wash times to tackle tough grime.
Use a rinse aid to help prevent water spots and ensure the water temperature is sufficiently high. Also, try using a detergent that is specifically formulated for hard water.
