To adjust the temperature, locate the thermostat dial inside the fridge. Turn it clockwise to lower the temperature and counterclockwise to raise it. It's recommended to start with a medium setting and adjust as needed.
Ensure that the refrigerator is plugged in and the thermostat is set to the correct temperature. Check for any obstructions blocking air vents inside the fridge. If the problem persists, inspect the door seals for any gaps or damage.
Defrost the freezer compartment when the ice build-up reaches about 1/4 inch thick. Excessive ice can hinder the freezer's efficiency. To defrost, remove all contents, unplug the unit, and allow the ice to melt.
Unplug the refrigerator before cleaning. Use a mixture of mild soap and warm water to wipe down the interior and exterior surfaces. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or sharp objects that could scratch the surfaces.
Ensure that the refrigerator is placed away from heat sources and has enough space for ventilation. Keep the door closed as much as possible and ensure the seals are tight. Regularly defrost the freezer to avoid ice build-up.
Some noise is normal, but if it becomes loud or unusual, check if the refrigerator is level and stable. Ensure that it is not touching the wall or other objects. If noise persists, contact customer service.
Unplug the refrigerator. Locate the light cover inside the fridge, typically at the top. Remove the cover and unscrew the old bulb. Replace with a new bulb of the same type and wattage, then reattach the cover.
Check if the drainage hole at the back of the fridge is blocked. Clear any obstruction using a pipe cleaner or a similar tool. Also, ensure the fridge is leveled properly to allow water to flow to the drain.
Keep strong-smelling foods in airtight containers. Regularly clean the interior with a baking soda solution. Place an open box of baking soda or a refrigerator deodorizer inside to absorb odors.
It's not recommended to place the refrigerator in environments with extreme temperatures. Both very hot and very cold conditions can affect the unit's performance and efficiency.
