To assemble the lamp, start by attaching the base to the swing arm using the provided screws. Then, secure the lamp head onto the arm. Ensure all connections are tight to avoid instability.
The SAL100B lamp is compatible with E27 base bulbs, with a maximum wattage of 60W. LED bulbs are recommended for energy efficiency.
Gently loosen the adjustment knobs on the arm, position the lamp to the desired angle, and then retighten the knobs to secure it in place.
First, check if the lamp is plugged in and the power switch is on. Next, ensure the bulb is properly installed. If it still does not work, try a different bulb to rule out a bulb issue.
To clean the lamp, unplug it and use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the surfaces. Avoid using harsh chemicals. Regularly check for loose screws and tighten them as needed.
The SAL100B lamp is designed for indoor use only and should not be used in damp environments to prevent electrical hazards.
Ensure the lamp is turned off and unplugged. Allow the bulb to cool down if it has been in use. Gently unscrew the old bulb and replace it with a new E27 base bulb.
If the arm becomes loose, check the adjustment knobs and tighten them. If the problem persists, inspect the joints for wear and consider contacting customer support for further assistance.
The SAL100B lamp is not designed for wall mounting. It should be used as a freestanding unit on a stable surface.
The lamp comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Be sure to keep your purchase receipt for warranty claims.
