To set the temperature, press the 'Up' or 'Down' arrows on the control panel until the desired temperature is displayed. Once set, the cabinet will automatically adjust to maintain this temperature.
For red wines, the ideal temperature range is 12-18°C (53.6-64.4°F), while white wines are best stored at 8-12°C (46.4-53.6°F). Adjust the temperature settings accordingly to accommodate different types of wine.
Ensure that the cabinet is not overloaded, the door is sealing properly, and the vents are not blocked. Additionally, check the temperature settings and the power supply. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Check that the cabinet is level and on a stable surface. Ensure that there are no loose components or bottles rattling inside. If the noise persists, consult the manual or contact customer service for assistance.
Clean the cabinet every 3-6 months. Use a soft cloth and a mild detergent to wipe down the interior. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Ensure the cabinet is unplugged during cleaning.
First, ensure the cabinet is plugged in and receiving power. Try resetting the cabinet by unplugging it for a few minutes and then plugging it back in. If the problem continues, contact technical support for further assistance.
