To adjust the temperature, locate the control panel inside the refrigerator. Use the temperature control buttons to set your desired temperature. The recommended setting is between 3°C and 5°C for the refrigerator compartment.
First, check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the vents inside the fridge are not blocked, allowing for proper air circulation. If the problem persists, inspect the door seals for any damage and clean the condenser coils.
The Caple RI735 refrigerator is frost-free, so manual defrosting is not required. However, if you notice ice build-up, it may indicate a problem with the door seal or thermostat.
Use a mixture of mild detergent and warm water to clean the interior. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Remove all food items and shelves before cleaning, and make sure everything is dry before placing them back.
First, unplug the refrigerator. Locate the light cover inside the refrigerator, remove it by twisting or unscrewing, and replace the bulb with one of the same type and wattage. Reattach the cover and plug the refrigerator back in.
Some noise is normal, but if it becomes loud or unusual, check if the fridge is level and not touching the wall or cabinets. Also, ensure internal components like shelves are properly positioned.
Keep the refrigerator away from heat sources like ovens or direct sunlight. Ensure proper ventilation by keeping the back of the unit at least a few inches from the wall. Regularly check the door seals and clean the condenser coils to maintain efficiency.
Keep the refrigerator doors closed to retain cold air. A well-insulated fridge can keep food safe for several hours. Once power is restored, check the internal temperature to ensure it is safe for food storage.
It is recommended to let hot food cool to room temperature before placing it in the refrigerator. This prevents raising the internal temperature, which can affect other stored food and increase energy consumption.
Check if the water filter is correctly installed and not clogged. Inspect the drain pan and defrost drain for blockages. Ensure the refrigerator is level to avoid water spilling from the drainage system.
