To reset the Caple DI652 dishwasher, press and hold the Start/Reset button for about 3 seconds until the control panel lights flash. This indicates that the reset process has started.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure the sink drain is clear. Clean the dishwasher filter and check for any blockage in the drain pump.
Remove the bottom rack and locate the cylindrical filter at the bottom of the dishwasher. Twist it counterclockwise and lift it out. Rinse it under running water and remove any debris. Reinstall it by twisting it clockwise until it locks.
Spots can be caused by hard water. Ensure you are using a rinse aid and that the water softener is correctly set. Adjust the amount of detergent used based on the water hardness.
Error code E4 indicates a water overflow issue. Check if the dishwasher is overfilled, inspect the water inlet valve, and ensure the float switch is functioning properly.
Remove the spray arms from the dishwasher. Use a toothpick or a small brush to clear any debris from the spray holes. Rinse the arms under running water before reinstalling them.
Clean the dishwasher filter and spray arms monthly. Run a cleaning cycle with a dishwasher cleaner or white vinegar every few months to remove buildup.
Ensure that dishes are loaded properly and not obstructing the spray arms. Check for loose items in the dishwasher and inspect the pump and motor for wear or damage.
To adjust the upper rack's height, locate the levers on the sides of the rack. Push the levers and lift or lower the rack to the desired position before releasing the levers to lock it in place.
A foul odor can result from food debris buildup. Clean the filter, spray arms, and door seals. Run an empty cycle with a dishwasher cleaner or 2 cups of white vinegar placed in a bowl on the bottom rack.
