Ensure the hood is mounted securely to the wall with appropriate screws. Follow the installation manual for electrical connections, ensuring the power supply is switched off before beginning.
Check the bulb and replace it if necessary. Ensure the bulb is correctly seated in the socket. If the issue persists, inspect the wiring for any loose connections.
Clean the grease filters every month to ensure optimal performance. They can be washed in warm soapy water or in a dishwasher if suitable.
Use a soft cloth with mild detergent and warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that can damage the stainless steel finish.
Ensure the hood is securely mounted and that ductwork is tightly connected. Regular cleaning can also help reduce noise caused by blockages.
Check if the filters are clogged and clean them if necessary. Ensure the ducting is not blocked or has any sharp bends that could reduce airflow.
Press and hold the filter reset button for a few seconds until the indicator light turns off. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.
Regularly clean the grease filters, check for any obstructions in the ductwork, and ensure all screws and mounts are secure.
Turn off the power to the hood, remove the light cover, and carefully remove the old bulb. Insert the new bulb, ensuring it is correctly fitted, and replace the cover.
This could be due to overheating. Check if the filters are clean and the ductwork is clear. Allow the hood to cool down before restarting.
