To adjust the temperature settings, locate the control panel inside the refrigerator. Use the up and down arrows to set your desired temperature for both the fridge and freezer sections.
Check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure that the temperature settings are correct and the vents are not blocked. If the issue persists, consider checking the condenser coils for dust or contact Caple support.
To defrost the freezer, unplug the refrigerator and open the freezer door. Allow the ice to melt naturally or use a bowl of hot water to speed up the process. Once defrosted, clean and dry the compartment before plugging the refrigerator back in.
Regularly clean the condenser coils, check and replace door seals if needed, and ensure the interior is clean to maintain efficiency. Also, check the water filter if your model has a water dispenser.
Ensure the refrigerator is level and not touching any walls or cabinets. Check for loose items inside that might be vibrating. If the noise persists, it may require professional inspection.
Keep the refrigerator well-stocked but not overcrowded, ensure door seals are tight, and avoid placing hot food directly inside. Regular maintenance like cleaning the coils also helps maintain efficiency.
First, unplug the refrigerator. Locate the light cover inside the fridge, remove it, and replace the bulb with a new one of the same type and wattage. Replace the cover and plug the refrigerator back in.
This could be due to a blocked defrost drain. Clear the drain using warm water and ensure it is not clogged. If the problem persists, check the door seals and adjust the refrigerator's tilt.
It is recommended to replace the water filter every 6 months or as specified by the manufacturer, depending on the usage and water quality.
Ensure the ice maker is turned on and the water supply is connected. Check for any ice blockages in the chute and ensure the freezer is at the correct temperature. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
