To unlock the control panel, press and hold the lock key for approximately 3 seconds until the lock indicator light turns off.
Ensure the appliance is connected to the power supply correctly. Check if the cooktop is set to the proper heating level and ensure the correct cookware is being used.
Use a soft cloth and mild detergent to clean the surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners and ensure the hob is cool before cleaning.
Use pans made of magnetic materials such as cast iron or stainless steel. To check, a magnet should stick to the bottom of the pan.
The buzzing noise is normal and is due to the electromagnetic current. It may be more noticeable with certain types of cookware.
Avoid sliding cookware across the surface and use cookware with clean, smooth bottoms. Regularly clean the hob to remove any debris.
Error code 'E4' indicates an issue with the temperature sensor. Contact a qualified technician for service.
It is not recommended to use an extension cable. The hob should be connected directly to a dedicated power outlet.
Press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds until the indicator light illuminates, indicating that the child lock is activated.
Ensure the surface is clean and dry. Try resetting the hob by turning off the power at the mains for a few minutes before turning it back on.
