To adjust the temperature, locate the temperature control knob inside the freezer. Turn the knob to the desired setting, with higher numbers indicating colder temperatures.
Ensure the freezer is plugged in and the power is on. Check that the door is sealing properly and not blocked by items inside. Also, verify that the temperature setting is correct.
To defrost, remove all items from the freezer, unplug the unit, and leave the door open. Once the ice has melted, wipe the interior dry and restart the freezer.
Unplug the freezer and remove all contents. Use a mild detergent and warm water to clean the interior. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly before plugging back in.
Clean the condenser coils at least once a year to ensure efficient operation. Use a vacuum cleaner or brush to remove dust and debris.
Store food in airtight, freezer-safe containers or bags. Ensure there is adequate space between items for air circulation.
Purchase a compatible door seal, remove the old seal by pulling it off, then align and press the new seal into place. Ensure it fits snugly to prevent air leaks.
Noises may be due to normal operation, such as the compressor or fans. If the noises are loud or unusual, check for loose parts or contact a service technician.
Check for obstructions or items blocking the door. Ensure the freezer is level, and adjust the leveling feet if necessary.
It is not recommended to install the freezer in areas where temperatures fall below 10°C (50°F) as it may affect performance.
