Ensure the machine is plugged in and the water supply is connected. Load your laundry, add detergent, select your desired program using the control dial, and press the 'Start/Pause' button to begin the cycle.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Clean the pump filter located at the bottom front of the machine. Ensure the drain is not clogged and the drain height is as per installation guidelines.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out until it stops, then press down on the blue lever to fully remove it. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residue and reinsert it into the machine.
Ensure the appliance is level using a spirit level and adjust the feet if necessary. Check if the load is unbalanced and redistribute the laundry evenly inside the drum.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, door seal, and pump filter. Run a drum cleaning cycle monthly using a washing machine cleaner to prevent limescale and detergent build-up.
To activate the child lock, press and hold the 'RPM' and 'Finished In' buttons simultaneously for a few seconds until the lock symbol appears on the display. Repeat the process to deactivate it.
Ensure that the selected drying program matches the fabric type and load size. Check if the lint filter is clean and that the machine is not overloaded.
Verify that the door is closed properly. Check the power supply, fuses, and circuit breaker. Ensure the 'Start/Pause' button is pressed firmly.
Use the 'Delicates' or 'Wool' wash program for delicate fabrics and select a low temperature drying cycle to prevent damage.
Leave the door open after each cycle to allow the drum to air out. Regularly clean the door seal and run a maintenance wash with an empty load using a washing machine cleaner.
