To charge the Bontrager Ion 350R, connect the supplied USB cable to the micro USB port on the back of the light. Plug the other end into a USB power source. The indicator light will show red while charging and turn green when fully charged.
The Ion 350R has a battery life of 1.5 hours on high mode, 3 hours on low mode, and up to 10 hours on flash mode.
To switch between modes, press the power button on top of the light. Each press will cycle through high, low, and flash modes.
If the light does not turn on, ensure it is charged. Check the USB connection and ensure that the charging cable and port are not damaged. If it still doesn't work, perform a reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
The Ion 350R can be attached using the included adjustable rubber strap. Loop the strap around the handlebar and secure it by hooking it onto the integrated hook on the light mount.
Yes, the Bontrager Ion 350R is water-resistant and can be used in the rain. However, it is not fully waterproof, so avoid submerging it in water.
The Bontrager Ion 350R features a battery indicator light that flashes green when the battery is above 25% and red when it is below 25%.
Regularly clean the light with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Ensure that the charging port is free of moisture and dirt. Store the light in a cool, dry place when not in use.
If the rubber strap breaks, you can purchase a replacement strap from Bontrager or authorized dealers. Follow the attachment instructions provided with the new strap.
While the Ion 350R is primarily designed for handlebar mounting, it can also be mounted on other parts of the bike, such as the helmet or seat post, using compatible mounts and straps.
