To turn on the heater, plug it into a power outlet and press the power button located on the control panel. Ensure the heater is on a stable surface before turning it on.
If the heater does not oscillate, check if the oscillation function is enabled by pressing the oscillation button. Ensure there are no obstructions around the heater preventing movement.
To clean the heater, first ensure it is unplugged and cool. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals or immersing the heater in water.
The heater may shut off automatically due to the overheating protection feature. Ensure the air intakes are not blocked and the heater is not covered.
It is not recommended to use an extension cord with the heater. If necessary, use a heavy-duty, properly rated extension cord to prevent overheating risks.
If a burning smell is detected, turn off and unplug the heater immediately. Check for dust accumulation on the heating element and clean if necessary. If the smell persists, consult customer service.
Use the control panel to adjust the temperature settings. Press the temperature buttons to set your desired heat level. The display will show the current temperature setting.
While the heater has safety features, it is generally not recommended to leave it on unattended or overnight. Use a timer or smart plug if you need to control usage duration.
To reset the heater, turn it off and unplug it for a few minutes. Plug it back in and press the power button to restart the heater.
Place the heater on flat, stable, and heat-resistant surfaces. Avoid using on carpets or rugs to prevent tipping or blocking air intake vents.
