The recommended oil type for the Benelli BJ500-6A is 10W-40 motorcycle-grade synthetic oil.
It is recommended to change the oil every 3,000 to 5,000 kilometers or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
Check the battery for charge, inspect the spark plugs, and ensure the fuel is reaching the engine. If these are in order and the issue persists, consult a mechanic.
Loosen the rear axle nut, adjust the chain tensioner screws to achieve the desired tension, and then tighten the axle nut back securely.
Regularly check brake fluid levels, inspect brake pads for wear, and replace them if necessary. Ensure the brake lines are not leaking.
The recommended tire pressure is 29 psi for the front tire and 33 psi for the rear tire.
Remove the air filter cover, take out the air filter, clean it with compressed air or replace it if necessary, and then reinstall it securely.
Stop the motorcycle and let it cool down. Check the coolant level and ensure proper airflow through the radiator. If overheating persists, seek professional service.
Maintain a steady speed, avoid aggressive acceleration and braking, keep the tires properly inflated, and ensure regular maintenance.
Perform regular checks every 1,000 kilometers, including oil and filter changes, chain lubrication, brake inspection, and overall system checks every 5,000 kilometers.
