Unplug the unit and check for any obstructions in the air vents or fan. If the noise continues, contact customer support for further assistance.
The Climate Cube is designed for indoor use. Avoid using it in excessively humid environments to prevent damage.
Ensure the unit is placed on a flat surface with ample space around it for airflow. Regularly clean the filter and ensure it's free from dust and debris.
The Climate Cube offers multiple modes including cooling, heating, and fan-only modes. Select the desired mode using the mode button on the control panel.
It is normal for new units to emit a slight odor when first used. This should dissipate after a few hours of operation.
Ensure the unit is unplugged and clean. Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging to protect it from dust and damage.
If the unit overheats, it will automatically shut off. Allow it to cool down, check for blockages in the vents, and ensure it's placed in a well-ventilated area before restarting.
