To install the Beldray EH1321, first ensure the wall is capable of supporting the unit. Use the provided bracket and screws to securely mount the fire to the wall. Follow the installation guide for detailed steps.
If the LED lights are not changing color, check the remote control batteries and ensure the unit is properly connected to a power source. Reset the unit by turning it off and on again.
To clean the wall fire, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using abrasive cleaners. Regularly check for dust accumulation around the vents and gently vacuum if necessary.
Maintain at least 3 feet of clearance around the wall fire to ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating of nearby objects.
If the heater is not producing heat, check if the unit is switched to the heating mode. Ensure that the thermostat is set to a higher temperature than the current room temperature.
To reset the unit after a power outage, simply turn it off using the main power switch, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
It is not recommended to use an extension cord with the Beldray EH1321 as it may not provide the necessary power and could pose a safety risk.
If the remote control is not working, replace the batteries and ensure there is a clear line of sight to the receiver. Check for any obstructions and try again.
To change the color settings, use the remote control to cycle through the available options. Refer to the user manual for specific button functions.
While the Beldray EH1321 is designed with safety features, it is generally recommended to turn off the unit when unattended for extended periods, such as overnight.
