To safely operate the Beldray EH0933, ensure it is placed on a flat, stable surface. Keep it away from any flammable materials and do not cover the heater while it's in use. Always plug it directly into a wall outlet rather than an extension cord.
First, check if the heater is plugged in properly and the power outlet is functional. Ensure the power switch is turned on. If it still doesn’t work, inspect the fuse or circuit breaker and consult the user manual for troubleshooting tips.
Before cleaning, make sure the heater is unplugged and completely cool. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using water or sprays directly on the heater. For dust accumulation, use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment.
Regularly clean the heater, especially before and after the heating season. Inspect the power cord for any damage periodically. It is also advisable to test the heater’s functionality at the start of each season.
If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off. Turn the heater off and unplug it. Allow it to cool down for 15-30 minutes before resetting it by plugging it back in and turning it on.
The Beldray EH0933 is not designed for use in damp areas such as bathrooms. Using it in such environments could pose a risk of electric shock or damage to the heater.
Unusual noises could indicate a problem with the fan or internal components. Turn off and unplug the heater, and inspect it for any visible issues. If the noise persists, contact Beldray customer support for assistance.
The Beldray EH0933 features an adjustable thermostat. Use the control panel to set your desired temperature. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions on using the temperature settings.
It is normal for the heater to emit a slight burning smell when first used due to dust burning off the heating elements. This should dissipate after a few uses. If the smell persists, check for any other issues.
The Beldray EH0933 is equipped with overheat protection, which automatically shuts off the heater if it exceeds safe operating temperatures. It also has a tip-over switch that turns the heater off if it is knocked over.
