To fill the water tank, ensure the iron is unplugged and cool. Open the water tank cover, fill it using a clean measuring cup, and close the cover securely.
Clean the soleplate with a damp cloth when the iron is cool. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads to prevent damage.
Ensure that the water tank is filled, the iron is set to a steam setting, and the temperature is high enough to generate steam. If issues persist, check for clogs in the steam vents.
Fill the water tank with a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar, set the iron to steam, and let it run through a cycle. Rinse thoroughly with clear water afterward.
Check if the water tank cap is securely closed and ensure the iron is not overfilled. Also, make sure the temperature setting is appropriate for steaming.
It is recommended to use distilled or demineralized water to prevent mineral build-up and prolong the lifespan of the iron.
Allow the iron to cool completely, empty the water tank, and store it upright on its heel in a dry place.
The auto shut-off feature turns off the iron automatically if left unattended for a set amount of time, enhancing safety and energy efficiency.
Turn the temperature dial to select the desired fabric setting. Allow the iron a few minutes to reach the set temperature.
If the power cord is damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact a qualified technician or the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
