To change the master code, open the safe with the current master code, then press and hold the reset button inside the door until you hear a beep. Enter your new 4-8 digit code followed by the "#" key. The safe will beep again to confirm the new code.
If you forget the code, you can use the emergency override key to open the safe. The keyhole is located behind the Barska logo plate on the front of the safe. Use the key to open the safe and reset your code.
