To ignite the stove, turn the control knob to the 'ignite' position while pressing it down. Hold the knob down for a few seconds until the burner lights up. If it doesn't light, wait a moment before trying again.
Check if the gas supply is sufficient and the regulator is functioning properly. Clean the burner ports as they might be clogged, and ensure the control knob is correctly set.
Use a damp cloth with a mild detergent to wipe the glass door. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or sharp objects as they can scratch the surface.
A yellow or sooty flame indicates incomplete combustion. Ensure the burner ports are clean and the air shutter is properly adjusted. If the issue persists, contact a professional technician.
Perform a general cleaning monthly, inspect the burners and flue annually, and schedule a professional service check every two years to ensure safety and efficiency.
Turn off the gas supply valve and clean the stove thoroughly. Ensure that all parts are dry and free from debris, then cover the stove to protect it from dust and moisture.
Ensure the gas supply is turned on, and the control knob is in the correct position. Check for any blockages in the burner ports and ensure the igniter is functioning.
Conversion is possible but should only be performed by a qualified technician. The gas jets and regulator need to be replaced to accommodate natural gas.
Use the control knob to adjust the flame size. Turn it clockwise to decrease and counterclockwise to increase the flame. Make sure not to set the flame too high to avoid overheating.
Always ensure proper ventilation, never leave the stove unattended while in use, and keep flammable materials away from the stove. Regularly inspect for gas leaks and maintain a clear space around the appliance.
