The recommended tire pressure for the 2005 Acura TSX is 32 psi for both front and rear tires. Always refer to the placard located on the driver's side door jamb for the most accurate information.
To improve fuel efficiency, ensure regular maintenance such as timely oil changes, air filter replacements, and maintaining proper tire pressure. Additionally, avoid aggressive driving and excessive idling.
Common issues include power steering leaks, transmission problems, and faulty ignition coils. Regular maintenance and early diagnosis can prevent major problems. Consult with a certified Acura mechanic for diagnosis and repairs.
To replace the cabin air filter, open the glove box and remove the damper on the right side. Press the sides of the glove box inward to lower it completely. Remove the filter cover and replace the old filter with a new one. Ensure the new filter is installed in the correct airflow direction.
To jump-start the vehicle, connect the positive cable to the positive terminal of the dead battery and the other end to the positive terminal of the booster battery. Connect the negative cable to the negative terminal of the booster battery and the other end to an unpainted metal surface on the engine block of the dead vehicle. Start the booster vehicle and then the dead vehicle.
Check the fuses related to the AC system first. If they are intact, inspect the AC compressor and refrigerant levels. Low refrigerant may indicate a leak. If the problem persists, consult a professional technician for further diagnosis.
