To start the compressor, ensure the power switch is in the 'off' position, connect it to a power source, and then turn the switch to 'on'. To stop, simply turn the power switch to 'off'.
Routinely check and replace the air filter, drain the tank to remove moisture, inspect hoses for wear, and ensure all connections are tight.
Check the power supply, ensure the power switch is on, and examine the fuse or circuit breaker. Verify that the tank pressure is below the cut-in pressure.
Inspect for air leaks, check the valve plate for damage, and ensure the intake filter is clean. Examine the pressure switch settings as well.
Change the oil after the first 20 hours of use, then every 200 hours or as specified in the user manual. Use a high-quality air compressor oil.
Use a non-detergent 30-weight compressor oil for optimal performance and longevity.
Turn off the compressor and release the pressure. Open the drain valve at the bottom of the tank and allow the moisture to fully drain out. Close the valve securely after draining.
Always wear eye protection, operate in a well-ventilated area, avoid overloading the compressor, and regularly inspect the equipment for any signs of wear or damage.
Ensure the compressor is on a stable surface, use anti-vibration pads, and consider using a soundproof enclosure. Regular maintenance can also help reduce noise levels.
Turn off the compressor and allow it to cool down. Check for proper ventilation, clean the air filter, and ensure the oil level is adequate.
